Custom kitchens in Twin Waters

Our Twin Waters shaker kitchen is one of the most asked-about projects we have built. Here is how we approach kitchens, robes and laundries in this relaxed, canal-side suburb.

Bright, calm and built for family life

Twin Waters homes are all about light, breezes and living outdoors, and the kitchen is usually the hub that connects it all. We like to keep things bright and calm: crisp cabinetry, a splash of colour or texture in the splashback, and timber accents that warm the room.

Islands work hard here, with seating for the family, a sink or cooktop and drawers that swallow pots and pans. If there is room for a butler's pantry, we will show you how it could work so the main kitchen stays clear.

  • Islands with seating, sinks and integrated dishwashers
  • LED lighting under overheads and shelves

What goes into a KO cabinet

The good stuff, as standard

You will not see most of it once the doors are on. You will feel it every day for the next twenty years.

Quality Australian boards

Board and woodgrain finishes from suppliers like Polytec and Laminex, chosen for colour stability and wear in Queensland homes.

Soft-close everything

Runners and hinges from trusted brands like Blum, so drawers glide and doors close quietly for years.

Silica-free benchtops

Benchtops in silica-free surfaces, natural stone and porcelain, in line with the 2024 engineered stone ban.

Measured twice, on site

A check measure before production, so panels fit your walls, not a drawing's idea of them.

Precision machined, carefully assembled

Panels are machined locally, then assembled and checked by us before they come to your home.

Details that lift it

Handle-free sharknose edges, fluted and curved panels, LED lighting and integrated appliances when you want them.

Good questions

Local questions

Where do you work?

We are based on the Sunshine Coast and work right across it, from Noosa to Caloundra and out to the hinterland, plus Gympie. We also deliver builder projects in Brisbane.

What happens at the free design consult?

We come to you, measure up and talk through how you use the space, what you love and what is not working. Bring your Pinterest boards and photos. Afterwards we prepare 3D drawings and a clear quote.

How long does a new kitchen take?

As a guide, most kitchens are installed about four to six weeks after the final check measure, and the whole journey from first chat to installation is usually two to four months. Design decisions, stone lead times and your builder's program can move that either way, and we will give you a schedule for your project.

What benchtops can I choose now engineered stone is banned?

Engineered stone benchtops, panels and slabs with 1% or more crystalline silica have been banned in Australia since 1 July 2024, including products sold as low-silica. We work with silica-free surfaces, natural stone, porcelain and sintered stone, laminate and timber, and we will help you weigh up the look, durability and budget of each.
