Behind the scenes
What happens between the steps
-
01
Your kitchen, before it exists
3D views let you check the flow, the finishes and the way light falls before a single board is cut.
-
02
Curves and details, dry-fitted
Complex pieces like curved panels and banquettes are assembled and checked in our workshop first.
-
03
Square, level and true
Bases go in level, tall cabinets go in plumb, and doors get adjusted until every gap is even.
-
04
Yours to enjoy
We walk you through every drawer, hinge and light, and we are a phone call away afterwards.

Process questions
What happens at the free design consult?
We come to you, measure up and talk through how you use the space, what you love and what is not working. Bring your Pinterest boards and photos. Afterwards we prepare 3D drawings and a clear quote.
How long does a new kitchen take?
As a guide, most kitchens are installed about four to six weeks after the final check measure, and the whole journey from first chat to installation is usually two to four months. Design decisions, stone lead times and your builder's program can move that either way, and we will give you a schedule for your project.
How do payments work?
We take a deposit to lock in your design and materials, then progress payments at final check measure and at delivery. Everything is set out in writing before work starts, in line with QBCC requirements.
Can I see my kitchen before you build it?
Yes. Nick draws every project in CAD and shows you 3D views before anything is made, with a round of revisions included. You can also play with ideas any time in our 3D kitchen designer.
Can you work with my existing layout?
Often, yes. Keeping plumbing and electrical where they are can save time and money, and a new layout of doors, panels, stone and lighting can transform a room on the same footprint. We will tell you honestly what is worth moving.
